Solutions / project-specific integration
Battery Laboratory Equipment Line
A laboratory and pilot-equipment portfolio spanning battery materials preparation, electrode processing, cell assembly, formation and testing, and supporting laboratory systems. The final combination is selected for each project; this is not a fixed turnkey-line specification.
This is a configurable portfolio of laboratory and pilot equipment for battery research and process development. The supplied catalogue includes equipment across several existing process categories. It does not imply that every listed machine forms one integrated line or that every unit is included in a standard package.
The images shown are representative catalogue references only; they do not define a specific SZOTECH model or a fixed equipment combination.
Electrode manufacturing equipment
Laboratory-scale options for slurry preparation, mixing and dispersion, coating, calendering, slitting, die cutting, and electrode-sheet preparation. Equipment is selected according to the material system, sample format, process sequence, and intended research or pilot work.
Cell assembly equipment
Options include glove-box and controlled-environment equipment, coin-cell assembly, winding and stacking, cell forming, welding, electrolyte filling, sealing, and related assembly operations. The appropriate equipment groups depend on the cell format and process route.
Formation and testing equipment
Battery formation, charge-discharge analysis, temperature-controlled testing, and safety-evaluation equipment can be considered for the agreed laboratory workflow. Test ranges, safety methods, and acceptance criteria require technical review.
Laboratory and auxiliary equipment
Supporting options in the source catalogue include furnaces and drying equipment, sample preparation and pressing, glove boxes, environmental and auxiliary systems, inspection and weighing, and selected in-situ or high-throughput research equipment.
Project planning
Start by defining the battery chemistry, cell format, research objectives, process sequence, sample throughput, test requirements, facility conditions, and required interfaces. SZOTECH can then prepare a project-specific equipment schedule for review. Integration boundaries, utilities, commissioning, training, delivery, and acceptance criteria must be agreed in the final proposal.
This page is a portfolio overview, not a fixed turnkey-line specification.
Who this is for
