Overview
A 1-tonne booster-cylinder die cutter for pouch cell electrodes. Sheet material is fed by hand against an infrared locating line and the die is driven through the electrode in a single stroke, leaving a clean edge without burrs, dust or press marks. The machine serves both laboratory sample preparation and small-volume production.
Key features
- Output of 800–2000 pieces per hour, depending on electrode size and feed rate
- Manual feeding with infrared positioning
- Clean cut without burrs, dust or press marks
- Quick die change; the die is a consumable with a life of approximately 30,000 strokes
- One to four pieces per stroke depending on die layout, one piece as standard
- Compact and enclosed bench-top format
