Overview
A 40 kHz ultrasonic spot welding system for battery tabs, foils and dissimilar non-ferrous metals. The machine combines an ultrasonic generator, a transducer stack and a pneumatically driven welding head. Joining takes place in the solid state: no current is passed through the workpiece and no process heat is introduced, so foil thickness and coating are preserved at the weld interface.

- Adjustable mechanical stop for repeatable upper and lower welding positions
- Independent adjustment of head speed, ultrasonic welding time and hold-down time
- Regulated generator output keeps amplitude stable during mains voltage fluctuation
- Imported SKD11 sonotrode and anvil for wear resistance and efficient energy transfer
- Foot-switch operation with password protection and overload protection
- Suitable for polymer cell cathode welding, cap-to-aluminium-tab welding, multi-point tab welding, copper tube sealing and cutting, wiring harness and solar panel joining
