This machine pierces the air bags of flexible-packaging EV batteries, evacuates them, and seals them.
Key features
- Dual-station rotary transfer allows loading, unloading, and sealing to occur simultaneously.
- The turntable and upper and lower cavities form a closed sealing cavity for vacuum sealing; an electrolyte-separation box and improved electrolyte-removal channel reduce vacuum-source contamination.
- PLC automatic control with a touchscreen human-machine interface.
- Output statistics, manual and automatic operation, and fault alarms are included.
- Sealing temperature, pressure, time, and pump-down time can be preset; abnormal-temperature alarm included.
- The upper-cavity head has a maintenance air cylinder that moves the upper head and knife out of the cavity for maintenance.
- A precision cam indexer drives the transfer turntable; positioning precision is confirmed during technical review.
- Upper and lower head parallelism can be adjusted through the regulating mechanism; tolerance is confirmed during technical review.
- The battery pressing plate in the cavity can apply pressure through an air cylinder or spring.
