After electrolyte filling and standing of a lithium battery, this machine evacuates the battery and then performs hot-press sealing.
Key features
- Sealing temperature, time, pressure, and vacuum degree can be preset according to packaging-process requirements; abnormal-temperature alarm included.
- An independent electrical control box is separated from the main body, saving glove-box space and improving the service life of electrical components.
- Protective baffles surround the cavity, and a light curtain on the operating side helps ensure operator safety.
- Battery pouches are sealed in an upward-tilted position to prevent unabsorbed electrolyte from pouring out.
- The upper sealing head swings automatically to maintain parallelism with the lower head and ensure uniform sealing thickness.
- PLC automatic control with text-based configuration for convenient setting and operation.
