- Unwinding mechanism with automatic closed-loop tension control and ultrasonic coil-diameter monitoring.
- Negative-pressure vacuuming cavity with a static elimination device.
- Industrial vacuum cleaner for collecting electrode dust.
- Independent automatic pulling and tension control for edge material on both sides, with separate bins for automatic collection.
- Upper and lower slip shafts ensure the same winding tension for each roll.
- Naturally aged large-casting base for long-term stability without deformation.
- The slitting knife seat structure supports tooling changeover; changeover time is confirmed during technical review.
- Optional ceramic slitting knife and cursor-assisted positioning for rewinding and unwinding.
