About this material
A 3.2 mm CR2032 cavity cannot take every stack. Thick separators, solid electrolyte pellets or multiple spacers push the total height past the spring travel, and forcing the crimp damages the separator instead of compressing the stack evenly.
CR2016 and CR2025 cases solve that by removing 1.6 mm and 0.7 mm of internal height respectively. They use the same 20 mm diameter, so the same crimping tool and the same separator discs apply — only the spring and spacer thickness change.

Handling & storage
- Store in a dry environment below 30 °C, away from direct sunlight.
- Equilibrate to room temperature before opening to avoid condensation on the material.
- Dry at 60–80 °C under vacuum before use where the process requires it.
