Equipment / configured to order
SZX-10L Planetary Vacuum Mixer
Planetary vacuum mixer for battery electrode-slurry preparation, configured with a 10 L effective working volume, adjustable mixing and dispersion speeds, vacuum operation, and a circulating-water barrel connection.
Typical applications
Battery electrode-slurry preparation
Lithium-ion battery R&D
Laboratory and pilot-scale slurry development
Small-batch electrode material processing
Customization scope
Review working volume, mixing and dispersion settings, vacuum requirements, heating/cooling arrangement and site utilities against the slurry recipe and production target. Confirm the final configuration against the current order documentation.
The SZX-10L planetary vacuum mixer is listed for battery electrode-slurry preparation. Its configuration combines two spiral mixing paddles with planetary motion, a separate high-speed dispersion system and a vacuum-capable double-layer mixing barrel.
Mixing, dispersion and vacuum processing
The mixer provides adjustable planetary revolution and paddle rotation, plus a separate high-speed dispersion shaft. The mixing barrel is specified for vacuum operation. Confirm the required slurry formulation, batch size and process conditions during equipment selection.
Double-layer barrel and temperature measurement
The removable double-layer barrel can connect to circulating water for heating or cooling. A thermocouple measures material temperature at the bottom of the barrel. The listed effective working volume is 10 L.
Configuration review
Share the slurry formulation, target batch volume, vacuum and temperature requirements, and available site utilities. The final configuration and supply scope should be confirmed against the current project specification.
